10. ATTEND DEPARTMENT MEETINGS
Attend department meetings to help provide support for managers as they introduce the solution to their teams.
This helps your managers feel supported as they work with their team throughout the change and allows opportunities for them
to have someone from the project present who can answer questions or concerns their team has as they arise.
11. PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PLAN
You need to have a comprehensive training plan so that everyone using the solution understands how it works and feels
comfortable with the processes. You need to include hands-on training, manuals and contact information should they ever run into
a challenge.
12. THE TESTING PHASE
Plan to have a thorough testing phase. Prior to going live, you want to make sure that everything is working as it should.
13. GO LIVE & CELEBRATE
You made it! Hold a "go live" celebration to thank everyone for their commitment to the project. Celebrating with a 'go live' event
has many benefits. Not only will it ensure everyone knows the project is complete but it is also an opportunity to share early
successes that have already been realized as a result of the change.
