Start communica ng about the change well before it takes place. Explain why the change is
happening and how it will benefit each audience.
To assist in your prepara on, document all process changes and share them throughout
your organiza on. Also, by providing training and follow-up sessions, you'll ensure everyone
is comfortable with the new solu on before, during and a er the launch.
The team must be commi ed to the success of the project and
provide the right mix of skills and come from a variety of different
levels in the organiza on
Have the change team establish a communica on plan that will
reach the en re organiza on in a clear, concise way throughout the
project
Set goals throughout the plan that are easily achievable to ensure
stakeholders can see progress and celebrate successes
Ensure that each stakeholder will receive the training they need to most effec vely
understand and use the new solu on, make sure they know where to go for answers once
the training is complete
Survey everyone involved to uncover obstacles, get construc ve feedback, uncover
successes and areas for improvement
Encourage determina on and ongoing progress repor ng, highlight achieved and future
milestones
Reinforce the value of change and con nue to build it into your culture, promote it regularly
to management, employees and new hires
