Our aim is to complete your full implementation in approxi- mately 26 weeks from your Project Kick-Off Meeting with your newly assigned project team. This is largely dependent on your team's availability and respon- siveness to complete and return documentation. Thanks for your patience and good luck with your implementation! Avanti's Implementation Process Project Kick-Off & Project Overview • Client responsiveness and resource availability. • Inaccurate or incomplete initial requirements. • Changes of any requirements after initial configuration. • Changes to Positions/Reports to or GL Accounts after configuration. • Complexity of GL Account structure and set up, as well as accounting requirements such as Project Accounting. • GL Export requirements. • Unions and complex/differing union rules between unions. • Number of different groups of employees that are paid in differ- ent ways. • Number of Locations and differing Location requirements. • Complexity of Earning, Deduction, and Benefits formulas/calculations. • Complexity of Overtime (OT) or Holiday formulas/calculations. • Complexity and number of Time & Attendance schedules. • Complexity of Time Entry rules, such as OT, DT, and other time entry validation requirements. • Formulas/calculations that include numerous exceptions to the rule. • Number of groups of people requiring differing Vacation, OT, and/or Holiday Rules. • Implementation and training of Requirements Schedules in the Time & Attendance module. • Complex securities and permis- sions requirements. • Complex custom report configuration. • Inaccurate or incomplete data for data conversion. No Implementation is the same - Timeline discrepancies Implementation timelines vary due to many factors. Our standard template project plan for Payroll and Time & Attendance full implementations is 6 months in duration, with typical project timelines ranging anywhere from 6-12 months.
