Overview This summer, we sent out a survey to our clients and those in our network to find out how companies are preparing for their return to the office in a post-COVID world. What's clear from the results is that the future of the workplace will look very different. As businesses plan their return to the office, they are looking to new policies and measures to protect their employees in addition to hybrid models where employees will not be required to be in the office full-time. Read on for our key takeaways! Demographics Job Function Within the respondents, we had individuals from across multiple disciplines, but over 75% indicated that Payroll or Finance was their primary role or job function. Company Size Most of the participants indicated they were part of organizations with over 1,000 employees, or under 300 employees. Industry The participants were made up of 20 different industries, with the majority coming from Government, Non-Profit, Construction and Manufacturing.
